Carabanchel Distrito Cultural – Tejiendo Comunidad is an identity redesign for the booth of the Carabanchel Distrito Cultural association at the 2025 San Isidro Fair in Madrid. The project creates a recognizable and adaptable visual system that connects with the neighborhood’s popular identity and the festive character of the celebration.

The proposal is inspired by cross-stitch, reinterpreting this traditional craft technique as a contemporary graphic language. From this visual logic, symbols, patterns, and typographic elements are developed that evoke the neighborhood’s memory and Madrid’s traditions, such as the carnation and the chulapa costumes.

The identity unfolds across bunting, merchandising, signage, graphic pieces, and the booth space itself, generating a festive intervention that reinforces the sense of community and the neighborhood’s cultural visibility.
