MODULE 1: CULTURAL FOUNDATIONS OF FASHION.
Fashion is deeply rooted in culture, identity, and society. This module explores how historical evolution, sociological shifts, and anthropological values have shaped the industry, connecting past influences to today’s fast-changing landscape. The impact of globalization, pop culture, and digital communities will also be analyzed to understand how they define fashion trends and consumer expectations.
MODULE 2: FASHION BUSINESS MODELS AND INDUSTRY STRUCTURE.
The fashion industry is built on complex structures, global markets, and evolving business models. This module explores key players, fashion conglomerates, and operational strategies, connecting traditional frameworks to today’s innovations. The impact of technology, sustainability, and shifting consumer behaviors will also be analyzed to understand their role in shaping the industry’s future.
MODULE 3: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & CREATIVE INNOVATION IN THE DIGITAL AGE. Begoña Noya

MODULE 4: STRATEGIC FASHION BUYING & PURCHASING MANAGEMENT.
This module explores the strategic role of the fashion buyer, covering buying processes, budgeting, and purchase cycles. You will examine how AI enhances predictive buying and inventory optimization for data-driven decisions. The course also focuses on negotiation strategies, pricing models, quality control, and supplier management, while integrating sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
MODULE 5: SUPPLY CHAIN, PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS.
This module highlights how efficient supply chain management directly impacts profitability within the fashion industry. You will explore sourcing strategies, ethical production methods, and supply chain resilience, alongside blockchain applications for traceability. Sustainability is embedded throughout, from circular production models to crisis management and risk mitigation strategies.
