The Master in Beauty Industry Management is designed to train professionals specialized in marketing, branding, and communication strategies for the fashion and beauty sectors. The Master is organized into multidisciplinary modules combining historical-cultural, scientific, managerial, and design skills, providing a comprehensive and future-oriented education. The learning path follows an integrated approach that blends theoretical lectures, case studies, and a strong hands-on, project-based methodology, culminating in the Final Thesis Project.

Historical, Cultural & Anthropological Dimension
Explores the history of cosmetics and perfumery, sensory anthropology, and the psychology of aesthetics, analyzing the social role of cosmetics and emerging beauty languages.

Scientific & Technical Dimension
Provides in-depth knowledge of skin, hair, and nail anatomy and physiology, cosmetic formulations and INCI, product categories, production processes, cosmetic regulations, and ESG certifications.

Advanced Marketing & Management
Focuses on regenerative marketing, trend analysis, branding, CSR, product marketing, sustainable packaging, omnichannel retail, neuromarketing, business planning, and organizational models.

Communication, Design & Creativity
Covers art direction, visual management, photography and shootings, copywriting, digital marketing, PR, events, and the full development of a cosmetic product line.

Soft Skills & Personal Development
Dedicated to personal branding, self-management, teamwork, leadership, public speaking, empathy, and interpersonal communication.

The Master in Beauty Industry Management at IED Milano concludes with a Thesis Project focused on the strategic development of a cosmetic line. Students integrate creativity, strategy, cultural insight, and technical expertise, applying contemporary and sustainable marketing principles to create products aligned with market demands and consumer expectations.
