IED MUSES Talks will feature Omar Sosa as the second guest of the new season of inspirational talks at the IED. On 25 February 2026 at 6:30 pm, the co-founder of Apartamento Magazine will share with the audience at IED Barcelona the creative dynamics, achievements and unexpected twists of his multidisciplinary professional career, which spans editorial and book design, brand identity, exhibition design and collaborations across the fields of art, architecture and design.

A designer, art director and editor, and co-founder of the iconic title Apartamento Magazine in 2008 alongside Nacho Alegre and Marco Velardi, Omar Sosa has worked as a creative director for a wide range of international clients, including Flos, LVMH, Rizzoli, Google, Haworth, Corriere della Sera, Patricia Urquiola and Ricardo Bofill Architecture, among others. He currently lives between Barcelona and Milan, and is Artistic Director and Partner at BD Barcelona Design, where he continues to explore the intersection of design, narrative and everyday life.
