The future of creativity gathered once again in Barcelona to celebrate the 9th edition of ADC*E High Potentials, an international talent scouting programme that brings together 30 emerging creatives from across the continent and a group of leading agencies and studios interested in meeting Europe’s most promising young creative talent.
Irina Kavtaradze, a fourth-year student on the BA (Hons) in Graphic Design, pathway in Advertising, at IED Barcelona, was one of those selected to take part in the event. On 6 May, she took to the stage at DHub to present her portfolio, showcasing inspiring ideas, projects and visions before talent scouts from companies such as Havas Milan, NotReal, Shophouse, Silverside.ai, Peter Schmidt Group and Philipp und Keuntje.
Alongside Kavtaradze, three other IED students also took part in High Potentials: Melissa Santoni and Veronica De Angelis from IED Roma, and Roberto Schettino from IED Milano.
The programme also included exclusive speed dating sessions between agencies and candidates in an edition that recorded a record number of applications: almost 170 candidates.
