Once again, IED Barcelona has received a favourable report from the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU Catalunya), certifying the quality of the Bachelor of Arts in Design (Título de Grado en Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores de Diseño) delivered by the centre

Specifically, AQU Catalunya assessed a range of areas related to the strength of its academic model, its commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

The curriculum leading to the official qualification received an overall positive assessment, with particular recognition given to the consistency and coherence of the academic programme, the suitability of the teaching staff, the effectiveness of learning support systems and the level of education attained by students.

AQU Catalunya also assessed the relevance, clarity and accessibility of the public information provided by the institution, as well as the effectiveness of IED Barcelona’s Internal Quality Assurance System, with both areas receiving a satisfactory outcome.

An official recognition that endorses the Istituto Europeo di Design’s track record in higher education in design and its strong determination to continue providing a rigorous, up-to-date qualification aligned with the standards of the education system.
