The universe of the Type Directors Club arrives in Madrid through an exhibition bringing together 170 award-winning projects from the 71st edition of the Type Directors Club Competition, one of the world’s leading international competitions dedicated to typography and graphic arts.
Following its presentation at IED Barcelona and IED Kunsthal Bilbao, the exhibition lands at IED Madrid Design District to offer visitors a curated selection of works exploring the expressive possibilities possibilities of typography, calligraphy, and lettering across visual identity, editorial design, and contemporary graphic practices.
Founded in 1946, the Type Directors Club has become an international benchmark in promoting typographic excellence and recognizing design as a cultural and communication tool. Through this exhibition, visitors and professionals alike will discover innovative projects reflecting some of the most relevant trends and creative approaches shaping today’s design landscape.
The exhibition will be open to the public until May 29 at IED Madrid Design District.
