Abono 03. Home is the fourth issue of Abono, an experimental editorial platform promoted by the School of Visual Arts at IED Madrid. The project proposes a collective investigation around the concept of home, approaching it critically within a contemporary context marked by social transformations, mobility, and instability in ways of living.

The publication explores the idea of home beyond its physical or architectural dimension, understanding it as an affective and symbolic network formed by relationships, care, memories, and shared imaginaries. Through different visual and editorial languages, designers, students, and collaborators develop a series of proposals that reflect on the multiple ways of inhabiting and constructing a sense of belonging.
The project takes shape as both an editorial publication and a collective photography exhibition that expands on the issue’s discourse. Together, Abono 03. Home functions as a space for graphic experimentation and critical thinking, where design, art, and society intertwine to explore new forms of visual production from within the academic sphere.
