IED will participate in Encuentro Creativo 2026 with talks on design and the “IED Beca Summer 2027” competition.
Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) will participate in the sixth edition of Encuentro Creativo, an initiative that brings Italy and Mexico together to foster cultural and creative exchange. The event will take place from October 10th to 23rd, 2026 and will feature the participation of IED faculty and alumni in various talks.
Encuentro Creativo is promoted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in México and the Embassy of Italy in that country, with the support of influencers, media and representatives from the business field.
Its aim is to inspire the Mexican creative community around “bella Italia” and encourage students to pursue studies in Europe.

In addition, IED invites young creators to turn their ideas into projects by participating in the IED Beca Summer 2027 - Encuentro Creativo México Competition to win a summer scholarship at IED in next 2027. Participate and register your proposal before December 1st, 2026.
