AI annual 2025: two IED names join the illustration jury

Daniela Brambilla, coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in Illustration at IED Milan, and Francesco Poroli, also a lecturer at IED Milan, have been invited to join the 2025 annual jury of the AI Associazione Illustratori.
This year’s jury will be led by Andrea Serio, an internationally renowned illustrator and comic artist with two decades of experience specializing in pastel and colored pencil techniques. He is the author of graphic novels, children’s books, illustrations for covers, posters, magazines, and albums. His works have been showcased at major international exhibitions, earning numerous awards and recognitions in Italy and abroad, including Best Illustrator 2022 by ArtTribune.
The other jurors include editorial graphic designer Lorenzo Bolzoni, art director Andrea Bozzetto, editor Maria Cleary, founder Federico Cano Correa, co-founder Lamia Magliuli, art and creative director Silvia Messa, and founder Patrizia Zerbi.
The jury will award the most outstanding published works across 11 categories with medals of excellence: the Annual Awards in Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
