IED Madrid will host a packaging workshop led by Gabriel Zangari on March 16–17. The activity is aimed at second- and third-year students from the Product Design area and combines an introduction to the designer’s professional experience with a practical exercise focused on developing proposals.
During the sessions, Zangari will share his career path and his knowledge of the packaging sector, an area in which he has extensive professional experience.
The proposed challenge will consist of developing a packaging solution that works without chemical joints, exploring construction techniques based on folding, interlocking, and material optimization.
Gabriel Zangari’s visit brings students closer to international professionals in the design sector, fostering hands-on learning and direct contact with real-world professional practice.
