Gonzalo Muñoz, a graphic design undergraduate student, has received a Student Merit Award
On May 11, we received news that the TypoLAB project, created by Gonzalo Muñoz, a student in the Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design program, has won an award at the Young Ones Student Awards.
Specifically, the project received a Student Merit award in the Communication Design: Digital / Technology - Website / Microsite category.
The Young Ones Student Awards are one of the world's leading and most prestigious competitions for schools of advertising, interactivity, and design. Judged by top industry professionals, the awards have a tradition of excellence dating back to 1986.
In addition to this award, on May 7, TypoLAB was selected to participate in Brut! Madrid as part of the Brandays! events, alongside another project from the School of Visual Arts, Abono 03.
TypoLAB explores type design as an open space for learning, research and dissemination, transforming academic projects into accessible resources for a wider creative community. More information about this project here.
