IED Torino signs the poster for Festival Car 2025

A 1960s Concept Designed by Mercedes Alazraki, Transportation Design Student at IED Torino

During the Auto Moto Turin Show, the Festival Car Elegance Contest officially unveiled the poster for its 2025 edition. This poster was created in collaboration with IED Torino and Mercedes Alazraki, a student in the three-year Transportation Design program. Alazraki's design celebrates the iconic car highlighted at the event, the Lancia Flaminia Loraymo, as well as the charm of the 1960s.

While visiting the Heritage Hub in Turin, students had the opportunity to explore the Lancia Flaminia Loraymo, which served as inspiration for the poster, flags, and banners for the Festival Car 2025. Among the many proposals submitted, Alazraki's visual was selected for its evocative tribute to the art and distinctive style of the 1960s. The artwork features the iconic figure of Viola Erickson Loewy seated on the car's bonnet, symbolizing elegance, freedom, and adventure from that era.
