‘Santa Carxofa’, the project by Justine Vargas, alumnus of the Master in Sustainable Design at IED Barcelona, is one of the proud winners of NEXT GEN DESIGN 2025!
The competition, which promotes innovative solutions aligned with the European Green Deal and this year carried the theme “Redesign tomorrow, today”, received over 200 applications from 29 European countries, featuring creative and innovative works that represent the vision of the next generation of change-makers.
Thanks to this award, this year “Santa Carxofa” has been showcased at five international design festivals: Barcelona Design Week, Vienna Design Week, Skopje Design Week, What Design Can Do Conference in Amsterdam, and Mikser Festival in Belgrade.
