The thesis responds to Acea's request to develop a Web Radio to promote a new corporate culture linked to the Agile mindset.

Through analysis and strategy, a project's guiding concept is identified: 'Independents for Acea.' According to this concept, the staff is an active subject of communication and can unleash its potential. The Web Radio, on the other hand, is a closed space and requires a broader platform where participation can be realized. Thus, 'In Onda' is born, the app where the Web Radio is central but accompanied by other internal communication initiatives, both digital and physical. The name refers to the radio but also to the individual's ability to propagate their initiatives, stimulating the response of others and spreading a new corporate culture.
