The four-year Fashion Design program, with a specialization in Fashion Styling and Communication, prepares you to interpret fashion and its expressions in response to the evolving needs of society. This pathway encourages you to develop a personal identity and acquire a comprehensive vision of the industry, combining creativity, visual culture, and professional techniques.

Throughout your studies, you will learn to analyze trends, design looks and fashion shoots, and shape editorials and advertising campaigns. Innovation, sustainability, and new technologies will be at the core of your learning experience, enabling you to imagine, create, and communicate with a contemporary perspective. Respect for your individuality and close guidance of your personal growth will ensure that you develop an authentic and transformative vision within an increasingly diverse and inclusive industry.

The Bachelor’s Degree in Higher Artistic Education in Design consists of 240 ECTS credits, distributed over four academic years. It is valid throughout the European Higher Education Area, equivalent to an official university degree, and accredited by the Agency for the Quality of the University System. This program allows access to official master’s degrees and, where applicable, doctoral studies.

The program is structured into four academic years, each one focusing on subjects associated with fundamental technical and creative skills:

  • Pattern design and garment making

  • Styling

  • Science applied to design

  • Materials and technology applied to fashion design

You will immerse yourself in a critical, flexible and adaptive learning ecosystem, where self-discovery will play a key role throughout the process. 

The methodology has a strong practical component, since it is based on projects, for which you will have numerous spaces where you can experiment with very different tools and processes. Among others, fashion workshops, with industrial quality equipment for different types of sewing or machines for specialized work such as knitting machines, 3D printers, leather, embroidery or triple drive machines.  

For those people who see fashion as a tool of personal expression and, at the same time, with the ability to positively impact present and future society. 

Also for those whose goal is entrepreneurship in the sector, since the program addresses skills and notions of business development and management.
