A journey through creativity and sustainable fashion with Natalia Londoño in Colombia
This June the IED team will participate in Villavo Fashion and Eje Moda 2024 together with Natalia Londoño, a renowned fashion designer in Latin America and a graduate of IED Barcelona.
These events, which will take place between June 12nd and 16th, are an important reference in the fashion industry of local regions in Colombia.
Villavo Fashion - Orinoquia Fashion Week is the most important fair in the field at the city of Villavicencio. Nearly 200 designers will participate presenting their latest collections, as well as brands and ventures related to the local fashion sector. The event is organized by the Constanza Bernal School of Design and has the support of the Mayor's Office of Villavicencio.
Eje Moda 2024, organized by the Osquebradas Chamber of Commerce, is the reference fashion event in the Eje Cafetero, with national and international impact, as it brings together on a single platform the business leaders of this sector and of the creative industry, by generating a business space and interaction between suppliers, demand and the final consumer.
Natalia Londoño will offer the conference “SLOW FASHION IN THE BRAND ESSENCE” at both events.
Thanks to this lecture, the attendees will address the fundamentals to create a sustainable structure over time, to develop a slow fashion brand, seeking the balance between competitiveness and permanence.
