Organised by the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia, the ceremony brings together students who have completed their higher education studies at all higher education institutions participating in the EAS programme

Fashion Design graduate from IED Barcelona, Marc Sanz Pey, the third Spaniard to reach the top 10 at the Hyères Festival, was the Guest Speaker for the class of 2020–2024 graduating in the Institutional Graduation Ceremony for Bachelor’s Degrees in Higher Artistic Education (Títulos de Grado en Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores, EAS).

Organised by the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia, the ceremony, which brings together students who have completed their higher education studies at all higher education institutions participating in the EAS programme, took place on 27 May at the Victoria Theatre.

In addition to the Directors of all the EAS institutions, including Andrea Marchesi from IED Barcelona, the Catalan Minister of Education, Anna Simó, was also present and addressed a few words to the graduates.

During the event, the different disciplines of design (the dramatic arts, the conservation and restoration of cultural assets, dance, design and music) were showcased through performances and interviews.
