Talent Day 2025: The Future of Transportation Design Takes Shape at IED Torino

After the excitement of the presentation of Rapida, the concept car created in collaboration between IED Torino and Italdesign, the day continued with another significant moment: Talent Day. A valuable opportunity for the young designers of IED Torino, particularly from the Transportation Design program, to engage with some of the most prominent companies in the sector and take their first steps into the professional world.
From 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the spaces where Rapida was revealed transformed into a true talent scouting hub, allowing students to introduce themselves, share their journey, and showcase their projects. It was a precious opportunity to create connections, receive feedback, and open new professional growth possibilities.
Among the companies that welcomed the new graduates and discovered the talents of tomorrow were key players in the transportation and industrial design sector, including Afry, Alcantara, Changan Europa, Erre Company, Esiste, Granstudio, Geely Italy, Italdesign, Iveco Group, Pininfarina, Stellantis, Suzuki Design Italia, Tata Motors, and TurinTech.
Each meeting offered students a chance to test their skills, present their design vision, and receive advice from industry professionals. This experience not only opened professional doors but also helped students understand the real dynamics of the industry and the expectations of companies.
