EIKŌ AI (IED Barcelona), Moisés Nieto, Carlota Barrera, and Reparto (IED Madrid) will showcase their collections at the upcoming edition of 080 Barcelona Fashion

For yet another year, the talent trained in the IED classrooms will form part of the programme of the most international fashion show in Spain. 080 Barcelona Fashion 2025 includes as many as four designers bearing the Istituto Europeo di Design hallmark in its lineup.

EIKŌ AI (IED Barcelona), Moisés Nieto, Carlota Barrera, and Reparto (IED Madrid) will showcase their collections from 14 to 17 October at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site.

Reparto and Moisés Nieto will do so on Wednesday 15 October, at 7 pm and 8.30 pm, respectively, while Carlota Barrera’s show will be held the following day, Thursday 16 October, at 7 pm.

EIKŌ AI’s new creations will be unveiled on Friday 17 October at 4 pm.

Further, 10 students from the IED Barcelona Bachelors of Arts in Fashion Design programmes will participate in the 080 Reborn fashion show on 17 October at 12.30 pm. This initiative, promoted by the Consortium of Commerce, Crafts and Fashion (CCAM) and the Catalan Waste Agency (ARC), alongside Girbau Lab, is working to promote circular and sustainable fashion through the reuse and recycling of secondhand clothing. Each student will wear a look they have designed using upcycling techniques.

Also, Sara Huguet, a current final-year Fashion Design student at IED Barcelona, has been selected as an artist to exhibit at 080_BEYONDCRAFTS, the exhibition that aims to generate a debate about the creative process in a contemporary sense and which, in this first edition, focuses on millinery.
