Acceptance Letter, the label founded by IED Barcelona lecturer Jeakyong Sim, has won the 15th edition of the 080 Barcelona Fashion / Rec.0 competition, an initiative that has previously recognised IED alumni such as Guillermo Justicia and Elna Solans.

With his latest collection, “The Jester’s Prayer”, a fashion design project featuring garments created using traditional tailoring techniques and craftsmanship that explores the complex relationship between clothing, social class and power, he has impressed a specialist jury comprising Marta Coca Ortiga, Director of 080 Barcelona Fashion, and Marina Iglesias Valls, co-founder of Recstores, alongside other fashion industry professionals.
