FROM ZERO TO FUTURE

The academic year at IED Turin opened with “From Zero To – Future”, a three-day experimental workshop involving new students from the courses in Graphic Design, Illustration, Photography, and Communication Design. The initiative was created with the goal of offering an immersive experience that could stimulate creativity, collaboration, and curiosity, helping participants navigate their three-year academic journey in an active and engaging way.
Over the course of three days, students took part in group activities, practical exercises, and reflective moments designed to explore new ideas and develop personal tools for creative expression. Each participant had the opportunity to build their own artistic identity, meet the course coordinators, and connect with classmates, forming the foundation of a new community of learning and experimentation.
The workshop thus became a truly dynamic laboratory where theory and practice came together, fostering a concrete and collaborative approach to creative thinking.
