IED & FEERIC 2022 “SUPERHEROES WANTED - fashion contest”

IED in collaboration with Feeric Fashion Week, will award one special merit-based scholarship to attend the Summer Course in Fashion Trend Investigation held in IED Barcelona campus in July 2023

“Superheroes wanted - After a long period of uncertainty due to the pandemic, the world is slowly re-emerging and is looking for new codes and lifestyles. Everything changed? Will everything be as before? We certainly need superheroes, charismatic figures in which we can glimpse positivity, creativity and lightness. The competition that IED and Feeric have decided to launch has this objective: finding inspiration from the world of superheroes, designing a capsule collection of clothing / accessories capable of expressing this energy and desire for rebirth.”

 

Those who wish to take part in the contest are requested to sketch a capsule collection which portrays their personal vision of  the “new superhero” and to produce one outfit.

Creativity, design and architecture at the Workshop Week 2026

From 2 to 6 February, 430 students at IED Barcelona took part in this annual multidisciplinary academic activity, which offered 25 multidisciplinary workshops inspired by the Barcelona World Capital of Architecture 2026 event. And, for the first time, it included mobility between campuses.

AQU Catalunya and IED Barcelona begin a mass survey to gauge the satisfaction of recent graduates

More than 60,000 people who finished their university and artistic studies last year will receive the survey, which will serve to improve the degrees currently being taught. Participants will be entered into a prize draw for the latest generation iPhone.
