IED – Istituto Europeo di Design has signed different agreements with leading universities and institutes all over the world, in order to offer its students the opportunity to join the International Mobility Programs (Erasmus+, Exchange Study Program).
Applicants, who meet the necessary academic requirements, have the opportunity to enrich their academic curriculum by attending, free of charge, a semester at a partner school, with the recognition of the study credits carried out abroad.
Each exchange is designed to enable the students to gain valuable international experience, by studying part of their degree abroad.
Erasmus+ is the EU program for education, training, youth and sport for the years 2021-2027, approved by the European Parliament.
Erasmus+ grants are designed to promote international mobility with the aim of enabling students to attend other European universities, holder of the Erasmus Charter (ECHE – Erasmus Charter for Higher Education).

The Exchange Study Program (ESP) is addressed to students who attend a First Level Academic Diploma (Bachelor) at a partner institution of IED.
The ESP, on the basis of the bilateral agreements, maintains free nature limited to costs related to the attendance. Students have to bear the cost of travel, insurance coverage, accommodation, meals, teaching materials and any expenses related to the application for a visa (where necessary).
