The award-winning D36 Open model represents the brand’s new generation of boats, both in terms of performance and design

De Antonio Yachts, the shipyard founded by IED Barcelona Transport Design alumni Marc de Antonio and Stan Chmielewski, continues to accumulate major awards. After receiving the Best European Powerboat of the Year in 2019 in the up to 14 metres category with the D46 Cruiser model, in 2023 they did it again. This time, the winner is the new D36 Open, presented during the Cannes Yachting Festival and launched to mark the brand’s tenth anniversary.

The yacht, which represents the shipyard’s new generation of ships, both in terms of performance and design, has been recognised during the Boot Düsseldorf International Boat Show, in a new edition of the European Powerboat of the Year 2023 awards ceremony, held on 22 January.

With simple and avant-garde lines, De Antonio Yachts boats, currently present in more than 30 countries, are characterised by their innovative spirit. Their short-term objectives include continuing to evolve towards a more sustainable range of boats by reducing environmental impact using recycled materials and implementing its new hybrid system across the entire range, in addition to the introduction of the first fully electric models in 2024.
