IED Graduate Francesco Murano winner of Milano Moda Graduate 2019

Francesco Murano, graduate student in Fashion Design at IED Milano, won the Milano Moda Graduate. Hitoshi Yamaguchi, President of YKK Italia, awarded him with the National Chamber of Fashion Award.

It was Hitoshi Yamaguchi, President of YKK Italia - event main partner - who awarded IED student Francesco Murano with the National Chamber of Fashion Award - as winner of the fifth edition of Milano Moda Graduate.

The graduate student in Fashion Design at IED Milano, author of the thesis collection Ossimoro Plastico, enchanted the prestigious jury (chaired by Angela Missoni) of the National Chamber of Fashion mentoring program, aimed at supporting the best talents of fashion schools in Italy, on June 14th at Base Milano, which officially opened Milano Moda Uomo 19.

The award consists of a monetary prize of 10,000 euros that Fashion Trust awarded to Francesco Murano to support the development of his professional path. Together with Francesco, Milano Moda Graduate showcased also the creations of other IED finalists - Alessia Scasserra and Domenico Del Gais, this latter selected for the creation of a special outfit dedicated to YKK Italia section.
