Mariana Giulia Poletti graduated in Communication Design at IED Milano in 2011 and after some years of experience decided to created Jut Knock in 2015, a platform that connects people with HR experts. She wanted to create an innovation tool that will give a more direct and personal approach to scouting people and finding job opportunities. “The proposed model allows all candidates to get involved by showing their potential, and companies to immediately gauge their alignment and motivation”, explains Marianna.
“I strongly believe that the concept and the vision behind Just Knock were conceived and developed thanks to the approach that IED taught me during my three years of studies”, explains at IED Alumni.
