IED brings alumnus Luca De Prà to the Graduate Fashion Week International in Mumbai and sponsors 20 portfolios of 20 among its best students
On October 16th at 12 a.m. Mumbai time, Luca de Prà, 2022 IED Graduate from the course in Fashion Design at IED Milano, will present his graduate collection along with the students of other International schools coming from every part of the world.
For the very first time, the Graduate Fashion Week International will take place in Mumbai embarking on a journey that will bring the event to change location every year with the mission to highlight new perspectives on the fashion design world. The main academic partner of the event will be Pearl Academy, who will offer its premises as a logistic base.
The Graduate Fashion Foundation, organizer of the GDFW International, has partnered with Lakmé Fashion Week so that the students and university representatives will have the opportunity to take part in events and networking activities.
IED will be represented on site by art director Giovanni Ottonello who will take the opportunity to give a series of lectures between Mumbai and Pune.
Contextually, IED sponsored the participation of 20 graduates from the Milan and Barcelona Campuses in the GDFWi online portal
