A course that combines creativity and technique to go through the entire process of creating a digital collection: from the concept to the final presentation.

3D digital fashion is revolutionizing the way garments are designed and produced, accelerating creative processes and fostering personalization and a more sustainable approach to the industry.

The Digital Fashion Design 3D Specialization Course was born from this reality and responds to the growing demand for professionals capable of creating digital fashion collections through the use of specific tools.

Combining technical and creative learning, you will learn to use software such as Clo3D, Blender or Daz3D to develop any digital fashion product, both in its conceptual dimension and its realization, production control and finishes. Likewise, you will acquire knowledge in the history of CGI, trends, augmented reality, texturing or the creation of avatars and spaces, among others.

Information to decide

An opportunity to explore the possibilities of creativity, sustainability, efficiency and innovation in fashion through a specialization with a growing demand.

The course is structured into four modules:

  • Fashion Culture

  • Project Development

  • Representation and Communication Techniques

  • Final Project

The programme concludes with the development and presentation of a final project: a digital fashion collection created individually. This project allows students to integrate all the knowledge acquired throughout the course and present a creative proposal that may include interactive experiences and augmented reality, positioning themselves at the forefront of innovation in digital fashion.

People interested in fashion and learning how to create 3D digital designs and presentations. In particular, for:

  • Fashion design professionals who want to learn how to use digital tools to create designs more efficiently and effectively.

  • Fashion or design students who want to acquire digital skills to improve their proposals and presentations.

  • Fashion entrepreneurs aiming to launch their own brand and create digital designs and presentations.

  • Creative professionals and game designers interested in integrating fashion-related digital skills to broaden their creative skill set.

In order to take this program, you must have a basic understanding of the Adobe package, as well as submit your updated resume and motivation letter. If any of the admission requirements are not met, the school will evaluate each case individually.

A course that positions you at the forefront of the fashion industry, where technology and creativity come together to transform garment design and production. This programme offers comprehensive and hands-on training in cutting-edge digital tools such as Clo3D, Substance and Unreal Engine, enabling you to create highly realistic and detailed virtual collections.

You will also learn to master advanced techniques in 3D modelling, texturing, fabric simulation and augmented reality—essential skills to stand out in a global market that is increasingly digital and sustainability-driven. This course is designed to help you develop not only your creative talent but also your technical expertise, preparing you to lead digital fashion projects in high-end companies, innovative startups or your own brand.

Studying in Barcelona, at an internationally renowned design school, is an added advantage. The city is a key player in the global fashion scene and home to a thriving innovation and creative industries ecosystem.
