One of the main tools for affirming a company’s image and transmitting its corporate values is certainly the event, in its various typologies, such as conventions, meetings, cultural and promotional events.

The continual evolution of the market imposes on every company the search for innovative and ever more well-targeted means for defining its image and for consolidating its position so as to reach its target public with credibility and trustworthiness.

As part of an overall communications strategy, the event can not be left to chance, but requires, on one hand, a precise definition of its objectives, the concept, the target to be reached, and, on the other hand, perfect organizational management, which must be planned and evaluated so as to best take advantage of the benefits to image that a “successful” event can generate.
