The Specialisation Course in Marketing:Product and Sales Management provides a training experience that enables the Product Manager to position products/services on the market by using the right strategies and the appropriate marketing mix. By deepening the study of marketing, promotion and communication, trade and sales management, merchandising and e-business, the participants to the course will have a complete overview of the most successful tools to use on the market and will follow each phase of the launching of a new product or service as well as the strategic analysis of competitors, its positioning, the setting of a marketing plan, the analysis of the product/service life cycle, the budgeting and business planning processes, the phases of the selling cycle and the category and merchandising activities. Moreover, the course will focus on the area of sales and sales management, with particular attention to the new profiles of the area manager and the sales manager.
Language: The lessons are held in Italian language; to attend the course, is required a good knowledge of Italian language reading and oral comprehension.
