El IED Barcelona da la bienvenida a 220 estudiantes Postgraduate y Lifelong Learning

Date

23 January 2024

On 18 and 19 January, IED Barcelona welcomed the 220 students of its 16 Postgraduate and Lifelong Learning programmes that commence during this month. The activities to welcome the students and forge a community from the very first minute of their training at IED were held at the school’s Point One facilities. They comprised a multidisciplinary workshop entitled “Designing for the Many”, which aims to solve social impact challenges based on SDGs, and an official reception by the school’s management and academic board, including a master talk about the goal of designing with the planet in mind.

Over the coming months, the students will study a total of 9 masters, 2 postgraduates and 5 specialisation courses respectively. These programmes will enable them to expand their knowledge in highly specific areas of design under the guidance of a teaching team made up of active professionals, while at the same time broadening their network of contacts in a decidedly international setting.
